Silver may
have broken below the support at 19.35, which coincides with (MA)89 on the
four-hour time-frame, but it appears that its move to the downside is over at
least for now, because it found support at 19.00 and formed several
candlesticks that are a very telling signal that there is an impending move to
the upside, namely an a spinning top candlestick as well as a pair of hammer
candlesticks, all of them on the four-hour time-frame. If this signal is valid,
then Silver will likely start climbing again and its first target will be
19.35, which from support will have turned into a resistance level. On the
other hand, if the move to the downside continues its next target will likely
be around 18.75, which is (MA)89 on the daily time-frame.
It's still very bearish.
