GOLD Broke Above the Resistance at 1170.06

After several attempts GOLD finally broke above the previous high at 1170.06. I confess that for a while I suspected that it might form a double top, but apparently that was not the case. Now that the resistance has been broken, GOLD will likely continue rising at least until it reaches the next resistance visible on the weekly filter chart at 1204. That is a very strong resistance level so whether or not it will be able to break above it is debatable, but for the moment I intend to keep my long positions open and possibly add new ones.
